Ordering & Processing


Why does processing take 3–4 working days?

At Noir by Lina, each piece is thoughtfully sourced upon order to ensure availability and uphold our commitment to quality. This intentional approach allows us to avoid overproduction and maintain a sustainable process. 

Please note that order processing is carried out Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.

Are items in stock or made-to-order?

We work closely with trusted sourcing partners to fulfil your order after it’s placed. This means items are not held in stock but are procured specifically for you, ensuring freshness and quality.

What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable?
At Noir by Lina, each item is sourced once your order is placed to ensure quality and authenticity. Most products arrive at our warehouse within 48 hours and are processed within our 3–4 day window.

In rare cases, a supplier may confirm an item is unavailable after sourcing begins. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly with options — including a restock update, alternative item, or full refund.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.



Shipping & Delivery


How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been processed (typically within 3–4 working days), delivery within the UK usually takes an additional 3–5 working days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options in the near future.

Why does my tracking number show no movement?

When you place an order with Noir by Lina, a tracking number may be generated as part of our logistics workflow while your item is still being processed. This means that tracking may show as “shipment information received” or similar before your parcel is physically dispatched.

Once your order has been processed and handed to the courier (typically within 3–4 working days), tracking updates will begin to show the parcel’s movement. Please note: it can take up to 48 hours for courier and logistics systems to update and reflect the latest tracking activity after dispatch.

Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges


What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information.
