Sourcing & Processing Time

At Noir by Lina, we thoughtfully source each item after an order is placed. This ensures availability and upholds the quality we are committed to delivering.

Because of this process, please allow 3–4 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Please note that order processing is only carried out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

Please note: When your order is being processed, a tracking number may be generated as part of our logistics workflow before the parcel is physically dispatched. This means tracking may not immediately show movement — tracking updates typically begin once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

This approach helps us avoid overproduction and maintain a more intentional, sustainable way of offering timeless, high-quality pieces.

In rare cases, a supplier may confirm that an item is unavailable after sourcing has begun. Should this happen, we will contact you promptly with options — including a restock update, an alternative item, or a full refund.
